Our solutions support over 250,000 automotive professionals across 186 countries. Infomedia is seeking a motivated and coachable Inside Sales Representative to support growth across our Americas dealership market. This role is focused specifically on selling automotive technology solutions into dealership parts and service departments. Candidates with dealership experience or direct exposure to automotive parts and service operations are strongly preferred.

Requirements

  • 1–3+ years of inside sales, automotive dealership, or related customer-facing experience
  • Direct familiarity with dealership parts and/or service operations strongly preferred
  • Comfortable with phone-based outreach and metrics-driven sales environments
  • Strong communication, objection-handling, and closing skills
  • Self-motivated, resilient, and goal-oriented mindset

Responsibilities

  • Conduct high-volume outbound outreach (minimum 40 calls per day) to dealership prospects
  • Qualify opportunities and schedule product demonstrations
  • Deliver structured virtual demonstrations highlighting dealership ROI and operational efficiency
  • Close defined sales programs and drive monthly revenue targets
  • Identify expansion opportunities within existing dealership accounts
  • Maintain accurate pipeline and activity tracking in Salesforce
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with marketing, customer success, and product teams
  • Ensure smooth handoff to customer support and account management teams
