We have a career opportunity for an Inside Sales Representative (ISR) to join our team. This position is based in Lansdale, PA, is in office Monday-Friday and will support Trescal calibration labs in the Southern sales region. Primary objectives include: Processing daily leads and request for quotes via the Trescal web site. This includes contacting and responding to prospects and clients via phone and email to identify new business opportunities by obtaining detailed equipment lists to quote and then logging those details in the proprietary CRM and quoting databases. This position carries a monthly quota and is responsible for managing opportunities up to $10K per customer. Must be comfortable in a fast-paced environment, interacting with internal customer service teams and the entire sales organization to provide outstanding service to our customers.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in business administration, finance, sales, or related field. Relevant experience in lieu of a degree will be considered
  • Minimum of three years’ experience in inside sales
  • Must be technically proficient in using Word and Excel
  • Previous experience working with a CRM platform and using quoting tools
  • Demonstrated time management and organizational skills with the ability to handle multiple accounts simultaneously

Nice To Haves

  • Knowledge of the Calibration & Testing market would be a plus!
  • Self-motivated with the ability to work both independently and in collaboratively in a team environment with a proactive approach to sales.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to build strong rapport with customers and internal stakeholders.

Responsibilities

  • Identifying opportunities with new customers for in-lab calibrations as well as regular interaction with existing clients to expand equipment calibrations
  • Manage the opportunity pipeline within our CRM platform for existing or new accounts, closing all possible opportunities to achieve revenues in line with targets
  • Ensuring that all clients understand the vast equipment services provided by Trescal
  • Respond to RFQs within an assigned region per established KPIs
  • Identify and supply information to sales team and key stakeholders on potential new business opportunities greater than $10K to ensure best in class customer service.
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, leads, opportunities and follow-ups in the CRM.
