About The Position

Inside Sales Representative is a full-time, remote, B2B phone sales role making outbound calls to connect small business prospects with powerful marketing solutions.

Requirements

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport over the phone.
  • Competitive, coachable, and self-motivated sales professional with a resilient attitude.
  • Ability to work a traditional 40-hour schedule from a distraction-free workspace with high-speed internet.
  • Residency in one of the following states: FL, GA, SC, NC, NJ, PA, DE, VA, KY, TN, IN, MI, MO, MN, AL, TX, OK, CO, NM, AZ, UT, or NV.

Responsibilities

  • Handle a high volume of outbound calls to potential clients using provided leads.
  • Utilize proven sales scripts and processes to engage prospects, answer questions, and guide them toward purchasing digital and direct mail marketing tools.
  • Develop client relationships that promote retention and referrals while meeting or exceeding monthly sales targets.
