Inside Sales Representative (4WD Aftermarket Parts & Accessories)
About The Position
OK4WD is a leading off-road and overland parts retailer, wholesaler, and service facility based in Stewartsville, NJ 08886 specializing in aftermarket upgrades for four-wheel-drive (4WD) vehicles. We work with customers to design and build capable, adventure-ready rigs - from simple accessory upgrades to complete vehicle build-outs. We are seeking a motivated, customer-focused Inside Sales Representative to join our team. This is an in-person sales role centered around helping customers select aftermarket parts and accessories while driving sales through knowledgeable recommendations, build planning, and strong follow-through. This position is ideal for someone with a passion for 4WD vehicles, a sales mindset, and the ability to build lasting customer relationships.
Requirements
- Previous sales experience preferred (automotive, aftermarket, or related industries a plus)
- Strong communication, organization, and follow-up skills
- Interest in off-road, overlanding, and 4WD vehicle upgrades
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
Nice To Haves
- Familiarity with POS, quoting, or CRM systems is helpful
Responsibilities
- Sell aftermarket parts and accessories for 4WD vehicles
- Engage customers by phone, email, and in person to identify needs and recommend solutions
- Create quotes and complete build packages tailored to customer goals
- Follow up on leads and opportunities to close sales
- Collaborate with the shop team when builds transition into installation projects
- Maintain up-to-date product knowledge across the off-road and overland industry
- Deliver a high level of customer service and professionalism throughout the sales process
