About The Position

The Inside Sales – Aftermarket Parts is responsible for managing and growing aftermarket parts sales. This role involves direct engagement with customers, identifying their needs, providing solutions, and ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction. The ideal candidate is sales-driven, highly organized, and possesses strong communication skills to maintain and expand relationships with national clients.

Requirements

  • Must possess 2-5 years of experience in inside sales or customer service experience, preferably in aftermarket parts sales or a related industry.
  • Proficiency in CRM software, Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook), and ERP.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to multitask, prioritize workloads, and manage multiple accounts effectively.
  • Ability to work independently while coordinating with internal departments to enhance customer experience.
  • Valid driver’s license.

  • Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Business, Sales, Marketing, or a related field
  • Strategic mindset with ability to analyze business models and identify growth and process improvement opportunities.
  • Strong negotiation, problem-solving, and customer service skills with a results driven mindset.
  • Familiarity with aftermarket parts and national account sales preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Manage inside sales activities for aftermarket parts
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing customers while identifying new sales or service opportunities.
  • Respond promptly to customer inquiries, provide quotations, process orders and track shipments.
  • Collaborate with external sales teams, service teams, and supply chain departments to ensure customer needs are met.
  • Identify and recommend aftermarket parts solutions that align with customers’ operational needs.
  • Achieve and exceed sales targets and performance metrics.
  • Maintain detailed records of customer interactions, sales activity, and order status in the CRM system.
  • Stay updated on industry trends, product knowledge, and competitor activities in order to effectively sell and upsell.
  • Assist with resolving customer issues related to orders, deliveries, and product compatibility.
  • Collaborate with marketing to develop effective lead generation and qualification strategies that drive revenue growth.
  • Ensure seamless customer success and establish internal feedback loops to drive continuous improvement.
