We are looking for a highly motivated and enthusiastic inside Sales Representative to join our team. The Inside Sales Representative plays a critical role in supporting customers by providing accurate quotes, processing orders, answering product and logistics questions, and delivering a high level of service throughout the sales cycle. This role combines sales support, technical product knowledge, and light engineering calculations related to garage door applications. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, customer-focused, and comfortable working with technical products in a fast-paced environment.
Requirements
- 1 years of experience in inside sales, customer service, or sales support (manufacturing or distribution)

Responsibilities
- Prepare accurate and timely quotes based on customer requirements, specifications, and application needs
- Assist customers with product selection and configuration for garage door systems
- Follow up on quotes to support conversion and customer satisfaction
- Enter and manage customer orders accurately in the ERP/order management system
- Verify pricing, lead times, product specifications, and shipping details
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure orders are processed correctly and on time
- Answer customer questions related to products, applications, and compatibility
- Perform light engineering tasks such as sizing, load calculations, and basic application reviews for garage door systems
- Review drawings, measurements, and specifications to ensure proper product selection
- Respond to customer inquiries regarding order status, lead times, shipping, and delivery
- Resolve order issues, discrepancies, or changes in a timely and professional manner
- Serve as a primary point of contact for customers throughout the order lifecycle
- Work closely with outside sales, engineering, production, and logistics teams
- Communicate customer requirements clearly to internal stakeholders
- Contribute to continuous improvement of sales and customer service processes
- demonstrate the ability to initiate, lead, and uphold safety policies, practices, procedures, and housekeeping standards at all times
