We're seeking an Inside Sales Representative, Partner Growth to expand Brightside’s referral partnerships by generating qualified meetings, re-engaging existing accounts, and converting inbound interest into active opportunities. This role bridges business development, marketing, and partner success, ensuring that both inbound and outbound opportunities are acted on strategically. You’ll pursue new growth opportunities identified through referral data, and work with the BD field team to convert those opportunities into meaningful partnerships. You’ll also collaborate with marketing to engage Sales Qualified Leads (SQLs) from campaigns, events, and inbound requests - turning interest into introductions, and introductions into impact.
