Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
  • 3+ years of proven sales experience with a track record of exceeding targets.

Nice To Haves

  • SaaS value based sales experience in a healthcare environment highly desired
  • Experience in consultative selling environments.
  • Familiarity with healthcare or pharmacy industry trends and terminology.
  • Knowledge of sales methodologies and best practices.
  • Solution-oriented mindset with expert negotiation skills.
  • Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to influence decision-makers.
  • Demonstrated success in closing complex deals and managing multi-stakeholder sales cycles.
  • Proficiency in CRM tools (Salesforce preferred).

Responsibilities

  • Drive Growth: Identify and develop new business opportunities through proactive outreach—cold calling, lead generation, campaigns, and social media engagement.
  • Manage Strategic Accounts: Build and nurture relationships with high-value accounts, creating tailored strategies to maximize success.
  • Lead Complex Sales Cycles: Navigate multi-stakeholder deals from initial contact through close, ensuring timely follow-up and exceptional customer experience.
  • Master Our Solutions: Gain deep expertise in EnlivenHealth’s products and services to deliver compelling presentations and value-driven conversations.
  • Analyze and Adapt: Stay ahead of industry trends and competitor activities to inform strategic decisions.
  • Leverage Technology: Use Salesforce to manage leads, forecast sales, and track customer interactions with precision.
  • Mentor and Collaborate: Support onboarding and development of ISR I/II team members while partnering with Sales Enablement, Marketing, Digital Experience, and Solution Sales teams to achieve shared goals.
  • Deliver Results: Consistently meet and exceed daily, monthly, and annual sales targets.
