How you will make an Impact (Job Summary) SPX is a diverse team of unique individuals who all make an impact. As an Inside Sales Representative II, you will drive aftermarket parts sales through proactive selling techniques, manage all aspects of customer service for incoming orders via QTC, and ensure accurate setup and order processing in SAP. The incumbent will determine pricing based on cost data, maintain a clean sales funnel, follow up on quotes, and collaborate with internal teams and vendors to ensure pricing, product availability, and lead times align with customer expectations. This role supports meeting sales targets through parts expertise (especially FAP and FEP towers), team training, workload balancing, and effective quote-to-order execution with minimal supervision. This role encourages innovation and continuously improves efficiency of technical support, monitors advances of technology and competition, and supports global and acquisition-related technical issues in areas of expertise.
