About The Position

We are looking for an Inside Sales Professional who is part consultant, part project manager, and fully committed to excellence. As the face of the FASTSIGNS Center Downtown, you will act as the primary point of contact for B2B clients, manage the lifecycle of an order from initial estimate to final product, collaborate with the General Manager and production team, and participate in marketing plans to drive center success.

Requirements

2–3 years of success in account management, inside sales, or high-end retail/counter sales.
Possess top-tier listening skills and can build rapport effortlessly via email, phone, or in person.
Highly organized and can juggle multiple high-volume deadlines without breaking a sweat.
Comfortable with long periods of computer-based work.
Ambitious, looking for a career in a dynamic, ever-changing industry.

Nice To Haves

Background in Adobe Creative Suite or Graphic Design!

Responsibilities

Act as the primary point of contact for B2B clients, turning inquiries into long-term partnerships through expert advice.
Manage the lifecycle of an order—from initial estimate and work order implementation to ensuring the final product exceeds expectations.
Work closely with the General Manager and production team to keep the center’s schedule on track and the quality high.
Participate in daily team huddles and execute marketing plans to drive center success.
