Requirements

  • Experienced: You have 2–3 years of success in account management, inside sales, or high-end retail/counter sales.
  • A Natural Communicator: You possess top-tier listening skills and can build rapport effortlessly via email, phone, or in person.
  • Detail-Obsessed: You’re highly organized and can juggle multiple high-volume deadlines without breaking a sweat.
  • Tech-Savvy: Comfortable with long periods of computer-based work.
  • Ambitious: You aren’t looking for a "job"—you’re looking for a career in a dynamic, ever-changing industry.

Nice To Haves

  • Bonus points if you have a background in Adobe Creative Suite or Graphic Design!

Responsibilities

  • Consult & Convert: Act as the primary point of contact for B2B clients, turning inquiries into long-term partnerships through expert advice.
  • Own the Process: Manage the lifecycle of an order—from initial estimate and work order implementation to ensuring the final product exceeds expectations.
  • Collaborate: Work closely with the General Manager and production team to keep the center’s schedule on track and the quality high.
  • Market the Brand: Participate in daily team huddles and execute marketing plans to drive center success.
