About The Position

Enter orders using the Microsoft Dynamics Business Central business system. Support and own to resolution emergency parts replacement and warranty issues as needed. Support and own customer-facing phone calls and electronic requests with a pleasant demeanor. Support change order management, tracking and invoicing of customer orders. Receive incoming quote requests for setup and distribution to the proposal development team. Facilitate shipping of orders with warehouse. High level of organizational skills and attention to detail. High level of proficiency in Microsoft Windows operating system, file structures, Microsoft Office suite (Excel, Word and Outlook), and other modern software platforms and business systems. Attention and participation in work-place safety programs and policies. Other duties as assigned.
