Leadership & Mentorship Train, supervise, and coach inside sales representatives in customer service practices, product knowledge, and sales tactics. Strategic Execution Collaborate with outside sales, marketing, and product managers to develop and execute regional or product‑based sales revenue budgets and strategic plans. Data‑Driven Analysis Analyze sales data and customer feedback on a regular basis to identify broader market trends and provide actionable reports to management. Process Optimization Continually monitor inside sales processes to identify compliance gaps or bottlenecks and implement improvements. Operational Oversight Oversee all quoting activities, evaluate and assign new customer leads, and approve special pricing on a case‑by‑case basis. Cross‑Functional Communication Ensure effective communication with operations and engineering departments to maximize order accuracy. Customer Advocacy Research and advocate for customer needs, identifying how our solutions address specific industrial requirements.
