About The Position

Inside Sales Manager Are you a strategic leader who enjoys nurturing strong relationships among your team? Would you like to make an impact in the Relationship Management field? An Inside Sales Manager at Capital One leads, manages, and motivates a small team of Relationship Managers (Credit Buyers) by guiding them to succeed, thus allowing them to meet and exceed their loan origination performance objectives. This role monitors and grants credit exceptions in accordance with the Capital One policy and within the confines of individual credit level authority. Additionally, once a part of the Capital One team, you will provide training, coaching, and guidance to ensure effective understanding and adherence to all essential sales processes. In addition to providing management oversight to the team, the Inside Sales Manager is also responsible for directly managing a territory of dealers. Here, the Inside Sales Manager has primary responsibility for driving business results with a defined set of dealers through ongoing relationship building and through the negotiation and decisioning of submitted applications.

Requirements

  • High School Diploma, GED or Equivalent Certification
  • At least 2 years of Financial Services Experience or Business to Business Sales Experience

Nice To Haves

  • Bachelor’s Degree
  • 2+ years of experience in Indirect Auto Finance
  • 2+ years of experience in Credit Underwriting
  • 3+ years of experience in Sales and Marketing
