Job Description: The Inside Sales Manager is responsible for leading the day-to-day execution, productivity, and performance of the Inside Business Development Manager (IBDM) team. Reporting to the Director, Provider Growth Strategies & Inside Sales, this role manages the Inside Business Development Managers and ensures consistent execution of sales processes, operational excellence, and achievement of defined KPIs. This role is highly execution-focused and hands-on, with an emphasis on people leadership, performance management, and operational discipline. The Inside Sales Manager partners closely with the Director to translate strategy into action while maintaining a strong focus on daily team effectiveness and results.
