About The Position

Our Sales Managers play a critical role in helping us achieve our mission and changing our clients’ lives. The Sales Manager will lead and inspire a team of Debt Consultants to achieve exceptional results while staying true to CreditAssociates’ mission of helping clients regain financial freedom. This role balances people, performance, and purpose: creating a positive and accountable culture where team members feel supported and motivated, ensuring disciplined execution to consistently hit sales and revenue targets, and fostering a customer-first approach that builds trust and long-term value.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of inside sales experience
  • 3+ years of proven experience managing inside sales teams, preferably in debt settlement, financial services, or call center environments.
  • A system-oriented leader who thrives on process, discipline, and measurable results.
  • Strong coaching skills: able to inspire, develop, and hold people accountable.
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.
  • High emotional intelligence, resilience, and drive to win.
