Who Are We Looking For Reporting to the Director of Sales, we are seeking a highly motivated Inside Sales Manager to join our growing sales team. In this role, you will create the first impression for our prospective customers through business development activities and follow-ups on inquiries for our sales initiatives. Additionally, react to and pursue incoming opportunities - develop relationships, actively drive inside sales calls, setup meetings and participate in detailed proposals, negotiations and project management. The ideal candidate will have relative experience in sales of technical electronic equipment related to low voltage power distribution, metering concepts, networking, PLC/HMI integration and industrial communication protocols. They should be able to identify opportunities with target customers, initiate the customer network, communicate clearly, travel for events and meetings across the US and Canada, and provide timely proposals. Communicating with customers, making outbound calls and following up on inbound Combining your educational background to an understanding of a customers' . potential needs and identifying qualified sales opportunities or potential upcoming proposal opportunities for us to bid Answering potential customers' questions and sending additional information per email or Willing to work in a structured, metric-based role whereby expected to achieve outreach quotas per day and create new business opportunities leading to monthly closed Proactive reach out to target customers via LinkedIn, Email, Phone and other Keeping up with our products and Maintaining our customer management Researching and qualifying new leads for upcoming events and product announcements. Closing sales and helping to achieve sales targets. Proactively support partner channels, ensure long-term optimization of channel mix by geography, product groups, and market segments. Measure and ensure the effectiveness of the strategy, value proposition and messaging in the go-to-market ecosystem.
