Summary The Inside Sales Manager is responsible for overseeing the inside sales team to drive revenue growth, customer acquisition, and retention. This position develops sales strategies, sets performance metrics, and coaches team members to ensure sales targets are met while maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction. The Inside Sales Manager collaborates closely with Marketing, Operations, and Regional Sales teams to align efforts, optimize sales processes, and deliver measurable business results.
