About The Position

ALP is a fast-growing, profitable consumer packaged goods (CPG) company in the nicotine pouch sector. Lean, efficient, and built on a foundation of innovation, they are now expanding through their first wave of strategic hiring since launch. This is a rare opportunity to join a high-growth organization at a pivotal stage, with strong potential for upward mobility and long-term career advancement. ALP is seeking an Inside Sales Manager to drive revenue through a mix of inbound customer requests and outbound prospecting. This role owns the full sales cycle, from initial outreach through order placement and ongoing account growth. The ideal candidate is highly organized, metric-driven, and comfortable working a high-volume sales motion.

Requirements

  • At least four (4) years of experience in inside sales roles, preferably within CPG organizations with national presence in the U.S.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Experience with CRM systems is mandatory.
  • Strong organizational skills with exceptional attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities; patient, professional, and team oriented.
  • Availability to work largely within Pacific Time hours is preferred.
  • This is a fully remote position.
  • Only U.S. based candidates will be considered.

Nice To Haves

  • Proficiency in Shopify is highly preferred but not mandatory.

Responsibilities

  • Manage inbound sales inquiries from new and existing customers
  • Conduct outbound cold calling and follow-ups on qualified leads
  • Own and grow a book of business through repeat orders and upsells
  • Maintain accurate activity, pipeline, and account records in CRM
  • Coordinate with operations and finance to ensure smooth fulfillment
