Essential Job Summary: The Inside Sales Manager is responsible for leading, coaching, and developing the Inside Sales team to consistently achieve and exceed sales targets. This position oversees day-to-day call center operations, ensures quality customer interactions, and drives customer acquisition and retention through data-driven strategies and a customer-first approach.
