Lookout Pest Control is seeking an Inside Sales Manager to lead the development, performance, and growth of our Inside Sales organization. This role is responsible for designing, developing, and establishing a best-in-class Inside Sales Team supporting both on-site and remote sales professionals. Requirements

  • 3+ years leading an Inside Sales Team
  • Proven track record managing high-performing sales teams
  • Strong coaching, communication, and leadership skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (PestPac experience preferred)
  • Excellent sales, customer service, and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work independently and manage a team effectively
  • High ethical standards and strong work ethic
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Minimal travel flexibility

  • PestPac experience preferred

Responsibilities

  • Build, develop, and lead a best-in-class Inside Sales Team (on-site and remote)
  • Generate revenue through cross-selling, bundling, and lead conversion
  • Design and deliver training and onboarding programs
  • Coach and develop team members through daily call reviews and feedback
  • Track performance metrics and deliver data-driven insights
  • Design contests, incentives, and engagement programs
  • Foster a people-first, performance-driven culture
  • Daily check-ins and huddles
  • Daily call coaching sessions
  • Weekly team meetings
  • Ongoing performance coaching and development
  • Engagement and recognition activities
