About The Position

The Inside Sales Manager will play a key role in driving growth by managing inbound inquiries, supporting distributor partners, and supporting new operator relationships. This role focuses on maintaining strong customer relationships, collaborating with the cross-functional operations team including field sales and marketing teams to achieve sales goals. Additional responsibilities will be focused on managing all event activations, trade shows and promotions, as well as development and production of all supporting sales materials including outreach presentations and collateral.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Hospitality, or related field preferred.
  • 2+ years of experience in inside sales, customer success, or account management—preferably in foodservice, CPG, or distribution.
  • Experience developing a suite of supporting sales materials and producing events and trade shows, managing the process from brief to metrics reporting in partnership with external agencies and creative teams.
  • Strong understanding of the foodservice ecosystem (distributors, operators, GPOs, brokers).
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
  • Comfortable working with CRM systems, Excel, and order management tools.
  • Self-starter with strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Passion for food, culinary innovation, and customer engagement.

Responsibilities

  • Manage daily inbound and outbound sales activities, including calls, emails, and digital outreach.
  • Build and maintain relationships with foodservice operators, distributors, and brokers.
  • Support field sales team with follow-ups, sampling coordination, and account onboarding. Own development and production of key outreach materials including sales presentations and collateral in partnership with the creative team.
  • Track opportunities and customer interactions using CRM tool.
  • Provide product information, pricing, and promotional support to customers.
  • Coordinate with operations and logistics to ensure order accuracy and timely fulfillment.
  • Analyze account activity and identify upselling or cross-selling opportunities.
  • Manage all event activations, promotional campaigns, virtual tastings, and trade events, including external agency management, budget ownership.
  • Provide regular reporting on sales pipeline, conversion rates, and key metrics.
