Requirements

  • Strong communication skills and a genuine passion for helping people.
  • Organizational skills and attention to detail — you like keeping things on track.
  • A proactive attitude and willingness to learn technical product details.
  • Dependable, team-oriented, and motivated by results.
  • Experience in a customer-facing or sales-related role (2+ years preferred).
  • Familiarity with Microsoft Office and CRM systems is a plus.
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; Associate degree preferred.
  • 2+ years of experience in customer service or sales.
  • Interest in learning about industrial warehouse design and material handling systems.

Responsibilities

  • Engage with customers through outbound calls to uncover new business opportunities.
  • Promote DACO’s products and services, sharing solutions that make a real impact.
  • Support customers through every step of the sales process — from quote to order.
  • Keep customer information up to date in our CRM system and follow up consistently.
  • Collaborate with Customer Service, Marketing, Field Sales, Engineering, and other departments to ensure smooth and professional experience for every client.
  • Stay current on promotions, product updates, and new launches to keep customers informed.
