At Verus, we are seeking an Inside Sales Executive (in other companies this person could hold the title of Inside Sales Executive – Account Development, Account Executive, Client Success Manager, or Customer Growth Manager), focused on expanding service utilization within existing accounts and driving upsell growth. In this role, you will develop strong client relationships by conducting regular business reviews, providing consultative insights, and proactively identifying gaps where Verus services can deliver added value. You’ll manage a defined book of business, working closely with service delivery teams to align client needs with our managed IT, cloud, and cybersecurity solutions, and also support the outside sales team in creating quotes, reconciling licensing, and handling other sales administrative tasks as needed. There will be an opportunity to grow your own book of business in this role. To be successful in this role, you should have experience in inside sales or account management. It is preferred that you have familiarity or a background with IT, MSP, or SaaS-related products. You should be comfortable using CRM systems to track pipeline activity, manage renewals, and ensure all client engagements are well-documented. You must be tech-savvy, have strong communication skills, and be eager to learn complex product offerings.
