About The Position

Do you enjoy connecting with people, uncovering new opportunities, and helping customers get exactly what they need? We're looking for an Inside Sales/Customer Service Representative who's confident on the phone, proactive with outreach, and committed to delivering a great customer experience.

Requirements

  • You're outgoing, people‑focused, and results‑driven.
  • You're comfortable picking up the phone-whether it's a cold lead or a loyal customer.
  • You can juggle multiple priorities while staying organized and accurate.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, plus solid Microsoft Office/CRM experience.
  • 3+ years of customer service experience and a high school diploma/equivalent.

Responsibilities

  • Make outbound cold calls and actively prospect new leads to support company growth.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with both new and existing customers.
  • Provide quotes, create sales orders and purchase orders, and manage accurate customer data in CRM.
  • Respond to customer questions, resolve issues, and help ensure on‑time delivery of products/services.
  • Collaborate with Sales, Operations, Purchasing, and Engineering to keep work flowing smoothly.
