About The Position

Inside Sales/Customer Service Representative (B2B) Do you enjoy connecting with people, uncovering new opportunities, and helping customers get exactly what they need? We're looking for an Inside Sales/Customer Service Representative who's confident on the phone, proactive with outreach, and committed to delivering a great customer experience. What You'll Do - Make outbound cold calls and actively prospect new leads to support company growth. - Build and maintain strong relationships with both new and existing customers. - Provide quotes, create sales orders and purchase orders, and manage accurate customer data in CRM. - Respond to customer questions, resolve issues, and help ensure on‑time delivery of products/services. - Collaborate with Sales, Operations, Purchasing, and Engineering to keep work flowing smoothly. Requirements
