About The Position

The Inside Sales Coordinator is a high-impact role acting as a central point of coordination, visibility, and execution across the global sales organization. This position goes well beyond administrative support and is designed to provide structure, rigor, and insight to the commercial function. The role is responsible for ensuring sales leadership has real-time visibility into pipeline, forecast, and performance, while enabling the sales team with accurate data, disciplined processes, and actionable insights. As the in-house Salesforce expert, the Inside Sales Coordinator plays a critical role in driving CRM adoption, data quality, and analytics that directly influence commercial decision-making. The role requires a highly organized, detail-oriented individual with strong analytical capability, excellent communication skills, and deep expertise in Salesforce CRM. The Inside Sales Coordinator will be the in-house Salesforce expert and a key partner to sales leadership, marketing, and operations.

Requirements

  • 3–5+ years of experience in inside sales, sales operations, or commercial support roles.
  • Strong hands‑on experience with Salesforce CRM (administration experience a plus).
  • Proven ability to analyze sales data and translate it into clear insights.
  • High level of attention to detail and data accuracy.
  • Strong organizational and time‑management skills.
  • Confident communicator, able to work with senior sales leadership and field teams.
  • Advanced proficiency in Excel and reporting tools; experience with dashboards and analytics.

Nice To Haves

  • Experience supporting global or multi-region sales teams.
  • Background in energy, industrial, or technical services sectors.
  • Salesforce certifications (Admin, Advanced Admin, or equivalent).
  • Familiarity with sales forecasting methodologies and CRM‑driven pipelines.

Responsibilities

  • Act as the in-house expert and primary point of contact for Salesforce CRM.
  • Ensure accurate, timely, and consistent data entry across all global sales teams.
  • Maintain opportunity pipelines, account records, forecasts, and probability stages.
  • Provide day-to-day user support, troubleshooting, and basic training for sales users.
  • Partner with leadership on CRM enhancements, reporting needs, and workflow improvements.
  • Support global sales managers and account directors with opportunity tracking, follow-ups, and internal coordination.
  • Assist in the preparation of sales materials, internal reviews, and customer proposals as needed.
  • Coordinate with marketing, finance, and operations to ensure alignment on opportunities, pricing, and deliverables.
  • Analyze sales data, pipeline metrics, win/loss trends, and activity statistics.
  • Produce regular dashboards and reports for leadership (weekly, monthly, quarterly).
  • Support forecasting activities and highlight risks, gaps, and upside opportunities.
  • Track KPIs related to sales performance, CRM usage, and funnel health.
  • Provide data-driven insights to help prioritize accounts, regions, and opportunities.
  • Identify inefficiencies in sales processes and recommend improvements.
  • Help standardize sales workflows across regions and teams.
  • Support the rollout of new tools, processes, or reporting frameworks.
  • Assist in documentation of sales processes, CRM guides, and training materials.
