The Inside Sales Coordinator supports the coil division by facilitating internal sales operations and ensuring alignment with strategic marketing initiatives. This role plays a key part in maintaining customer satisfaction, coordinating product-related communications, and supporting cross-functional collaboration. This position is responsible for coordinating selling efforts to grow new and incremental sales by identifying opportunities in samples and prioritizing sample creation appropriately. This includes meetings with key customers, phone calls, and emails and documenting the interactions to coordinate efforts with the sales reps. This is NOT a remote/hybrid position and will report to our Minneapolis, location.
