About The Position

A Team Home Services is hiring an Inside Sales Coordinator responsible for converting unsold estimates into booked work through consistent, structured follow-up. This is a full-time employee position focused on revenue generation, not administrative support. The ideal candidate is highly organized, persistent, and confident in communicating value, handling objections, and closing sales. This role is expected to take ownership of the unsold pipeline and ensure no opportunity is left unworked.

Requirements

  • 4+ years of outside sales, inside sales or follow-up heavy sales experience required
  • Proven ability to close sales and handle objections
  • Strong phone presence and written communication skills
  • Highly organized with strong follow-through
  • Comfortable working in a performance-driven environment with measurable targets
  • Experience using CRM systems (ServiceTitan or similar preferred)
  • Reliable, self-motivated, and results-driven

Responsibilities

  • Follow up on all unsold estimates across electrical, handyman, and remodeling services
  • Execute structured follow-up cadence: same-day, 24-hour, 48-hour, and long-term
  • Call, text, and email customers to re-engage and move toward a buying decision
  • Identify customer objections and effectively overcome them
  • Clearly communicate scope, value, and benefits of recommended work
  • Maintain accurate and detailed notes within CRM
  • Coordinate with field and office teams to ensure smooth scheduling and execution
  • Track pipeline activity and ensure zero missed opportunities
