Inside Sales Coordinator – Multi-Family – Remote EST or CST Inside Sales Coordinator The Inside Sales Coordinator – Multi-Family Aftermarket serves as the primary liaison between demand-creation teams and the sales organization, handling multi-family customer inquiries, qualifying and processing leads, and maintaining accurate CRM data. The role supports the sales team by managing inbound and outbound activities, coordinating with outside sales, and contributing to lead‑generation and pipeline‑development efforts, ensuring professional and customer‑focused engagement throughout the sales process.
