About The Position

The Inside Sales Consultant position is responsible for generating sales leads, managing, and renewing current customer relationships, and closing sales deals in line with company visions and values.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in business management or equivalent work experience.
  • Energetic, effective, self-starter with strong verbal and written communication skills who is able to excel in a teamwork and collaborative environment.
  • Knowledge of administrative practices and procedures, data management methods, and basic accounting and human resources practices.
  • Proficient computer skills and a working knowledge of Windows, Microsoft Office Suite, Salesforce.com or equivalent CRM.
  • Time management, organization and planning skills, problem analysis and problem solving, judgement and decision making, and team guidance and mentoring.
  • Customer Service skills-ability to speak with hospital personnel and Account Managers with confidence.
  • Must be able to work effectively as part of a team, as well as being self-motivated and able to work independently with minimal supervision.

Responsibilities

  • Proactively generate sales leads using the current CRM pipeline and create new opportunities in uncovered or underperforming areas.
  • Follow up on current leads that have obtained quotes and proposals on a timely basis to move every sales opportunity through the sales cycle as efficiently as possible.
  • Maintain up to date product knowledge.
  • Meet and exceed monthly quotas as well as meet daily activity expectations.
  • Successfully manage a sales pipeline from start to finish.
  • Lead the effort by proactively educating customers on the unique selling proposition and capabilities of Burlington Medical product offering.
  • Track all customer activity in CRM/Salesforce.
  • Respond and assist customers that call and email in with a need or a question.
  • Provide feedback to management for continual process improvement.
