About The Position

Imagine360 is seeking an Inside Sales Consultant to join the team! The Inside Sales Consultant is responsible for identifying, nurturing, and converting viable leads for the Regional Sales Teams that result in closed sales. Reporting to the Director of Sales Enablement, you'll play a key role in helping drive new pipeline development for the Sales Team. You'll collaborate with multiple departments to execute lead development campaigns, follow-up on new leads, work with Field Sales Reps to effectively hand-off qualified leads, track activity and lead status in Salesforce, and support lead generation efforts for the Regional Sales Teams. Position Location:100% remote

Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree
  • 2+ years in inside sales and/or inside account management.
  • Experience with Salesforce.
  • Able to work in fast-paced, self-directed entrepreneurial environment

Responsibilities

  • Perform full cycle inside sales using a consultative, solutions-based sales approach.
  • Follow-up on leads generated by Marketing - research leads in ZoomInfo and make outreach via email/phone to qualify as viable and interested.
  • Set follow-up tasks in Salesforce to stay engaged with leads.
  • Engage leads to qualify them for the Imagine360 solution and set appointments with Field Sales Team.
  • Qualify leads for the Imagine360 solution and set appointments with Field Sales Team.
  • Partner with Field Sales Reps to convert qualified brokers/prospects into pipeline opportunities.
  • Assist the Field Sales team with prospecting, webinars and updating Salesforce.
  • Provide collaborative support to the Field Sales representatives. Including responding to Broker inquires, following up on deliverables and helping throughout the sales process.
  • Document all activity and update lead status in Salesforce.
  • Work with Marketing to execute email marketing efforts and follow-up on leads that engage as a result.
  • Assist the Sales team with researching, registering, and obtaining materials for sales conferences and trade shows.
  • Perform other related duties as assigned.
