Position Summary The Inside Sales & Client Services Coordinator is a client-facing, high-activity role responsible for generating new opportunities, supporting multiple departments, and ensuring a smooth experience from first contact through project handoff. This role blends inside sales, cold calling, administrative support, and front-line customer interaction and is ideal for a recent graduate eager to build a career in sales, marketing, or business operations. This position requires someone who is motivated, adaptable, and thrives in a fast-paced environment where initiative and follow-through matter.

Responsibilities

  • Conduct outbound cold calling and direct marketing efforts to generate service and construction leads
  • Quickly learn and confidently communicate Collier’s products and services
  • Follow up on inbound inquiries and proactively re-engage prospective clients
  • Support the sales process from initial contact through deal close
  • Serve as a client-facing point of contact—welcoming customers, gathering project details, and setting expectations
  • Act as a receptionist-style intake resource, ensuring client information is accurately captured and routed
  • Schedule follow-ups and hand off qualified leads to the appropriate team members
  • Split time supporting key areas of the business, including: Service department, Permit coordination, Construction operations
  • Provide administrative and sales assistant support as deals progress
  • Transition the prospect to internal team members once projects are ready to be finalized
  • Participate in on-site training, coaching, and hands-on learning
  • Develop the ability to meet customers in person and take service leads directly
  • Grow into increased sales responsibility and client ownership over time
