Requirements
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Customer-focused mindset with the ability to multi-task
- Tech-savvy and able to learn various computer programs and internet-based software
- MUST HAVE A VALID MARYLAND AND/OR VIRGINIA REAL ESTATE LICENSE
Responsibilities
- Engage with incoming inquiries via calls, texts, and emails
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers through exceptional service
- Manage and update CRM and sales pipeline systems
- Connect and pair clients with the right Outside Sales Agent for their needs
- Maintain relationships and engage with past clients
- Collaborate with the sales team to enhance strategies and achieve collective goals
