Requirements

• Previous office-based customer service experience (required)
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills
• Sales-focused mindset with attention to detail
• Comfortable using computers and handling multiple tasks
• Reliable with a stable work history

Responsibilities

• Assist customers via phone and email with service and sales inquiries
• Identify customer needs and provide effective solutions
• Meet or exceed monthly sales goals
• Document customer interactions and maintain strong relationships
• Communicate trends and feedback with management
