Requirements

  • High school diploma, general education degree or equivalent.
  • Ability to stay calm when customers are stressed or upset.
  • Attitude of wanting to learn more
  • Negotiation skills.
  • Good written and verbal communication skills.
  • Comfortable using computers.
  • Experience working with customer support.
  • Ability to troubleshoot different scenarios.

Responsibilities

  • Answering phone and representing Motis Brands in a positive and professional manner
  • Creating estimates and closing sales orders with customers
  • Responsible for meeting or exceeding an individual sales goal per month
  • Responsible for meeting or exceeding a team sales goal per month
  • Responsible for maintaining call metrics that include being logged in at minimum of 6.5 hours per day
  • Maintaining a positive, empathetic, and professional attitude toward customers at all times.
  • Responding promptly and communicating effectively to customer inquiries.
  • Acknowledging and resolving customer complaints.
  • Knowing our products inside and out so that you can answer questions.
  • Troubleshoot and provide technical support to customers when necessary.
  • Keeping records of customer interactions, transactions, comments, and complaints.
  • Communicating and coordinating with colleagues regularly.
  • Ensure customer satisfaction and provide professional customer support.
  • Updates job knowledge by studying new product descriptions; participating in educational opportunities.
  • Work with all personnel and outside contacts to satisfy clients and achieve company goals
  • Identify areas of improvement in the company
  • Arrive to work and meetings on time and prepared
  • Maintain work areas in a clean and organized manner
  • Perform any other duties assigned by your manager
