About The Position

An Account Executive is responsible for helping customers select material while providing professional customer service to fabricators and their customers. This is accomplished by assisting customers make decisions, efficiently processing and sending information which would include name of material, pictures, size and pricing to fabricators, inventory control, strong computer skills and communication which are all components of this position. We recognize our future is dependent on our ability to service the needs of our clients and our goal is to consistently meet or exceed expectations to enjoy shared success.

Requirements

  • Previous experience in a sales/customer service environment
  • Friendly, outgoing personality
  • Ability to effectively communicate with others
  • Self-motivated
  • Strong Computer Skills
  • Identify personal growth needs and learning opportunities
  • Complete required orientation and ongoing safety training
  • Commit to continued learning of products

Responsibilities

  • Build and maintain relationships with customers by supplying knowledge of product
  • Provide timely and accurate quotes to fabricators
  • Provide superior customer service while ensuring sales goals
  • Support the outside sales program with fabricator and customers as directed
  • Ensure all company policies and procedures are followed including sales, inventory and safety
