About The Position

The Inside Sales Representative plays an essential role in delivering a professional, customer‑focused experience while supporting sales growth. This position serves as a primary point of contact for customers by engaging with showroom visitors, responding to inbound leads, and guiding customers through product selection, estimating, and ordering. This role partners closely with sales, marketing, and operations teams to ensure customers receive timely, accurate, and solution‑oriented support. The Inside Sales Representative is ideal for someone who is organized, technologically comfortable, and motivated by a performance‑based compensation structure that includes an hourly base rate and commission. Key aspects of the role include: Assisting walk‑in customers at the Jupiter showroom and managing inbound phone and digital inquiries Preparing accurate, professional estimates and formal quotes for customers Tracking customer information, sales activities, and orders within CRM and accounting systems Following up with customers throughout the sales and delivery process to ensure satisfaction and identify repeat or referral opportunities Collaborating with internal sales representatives and supporting walk‑in traffic as needed Representing the brand through professional communication, customer follow‑up, and participation in marketing support efforts This is a full‑time, onsite position that primarily works Monday through Friday during standard business hours, with every other Saturday required to support showroom operations.

Requirements

  • 1–3 years of wholesale or retail sales experience preferred
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to communicate clearly, professionally, and persuasively
  • Comfort working with CRM systems and sales or accounting software preferred
  • High school diploma or equivalent required

  • Prior experience in the landscape, hardscape, nursery, forestry, or irrigation industry is a plus
