About The Position

NPW is seeking a driven and experienced Inside Sales Associate to join our team. The ideal candidate for this position will be initiative-taking and have the ability to provide exceptional customer service while supplying customers with timely & accurate information regarding accounts, and order status, and responding to customer concerns or complaints. Who is NPW? NPW is a leading independent automotive aftermarket parts distributor. The Company has over 500 employees, 50 company owner locations in 14 states that include both stores and warehouses. NPW was founded in 1969 and has grown significantly through the successful completion of 30 acquisitions and organic endeavors.

Requirements

Minimum of one (1) year of inside sales or customer service experience.
Thorough knowledge of the automotive industry required.
Excellent customer service and communication skills.
Must have excellent phone etiquette.
Positive and professional attitude.

Nice To Haves

Bilingual English/Spanish is a PLUS!

Responsibilities

Act as the first point of contact for new and existing customers.
Engage with customers to assess and fully identify customer needs.
Review customer accounts and make any necessary adjustments.
Provides technical advice, troubleshoots, & finds solutions to the customer's problem.
Processes & enters orders in the system using relevant computer software.
Escalate customer concerns or complaints as needed to the appropriate department.
Additional duties as assigned by the Warehouse Manager.
