About The Position

We’re looking for an Inside Sales Representative for NC Custom, the promotional products arm of the business, who will play a key role in supporting our customers and driving sales growth. You will work closely with Outside Sales Representatives, account teams, and internal departments to ensure our customers receive fast, accurate, and exceptional service. You’ll help grow business through proactive outreach, order-management excellence, and strategic account support.

Requirements

  • You have a High School Diploma (college experience preferred).
  • You bring 3+ years of customer service or inside sales experience, ideally in Promotional Products, Hospitality, Souvenir, or related industries.
  • You communicate clearly and professionally—both verbally and in writing.
  • You excel at follow-up, organization, and juggling multiple projects at once.
  • You’re detail-oriented with strong numerical aptitude.
  • You’re proficient in PC applications, especially Excel.
  • You’re a natural problem solver who thrives in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

  • Provide quotes, product details, and order information to customers and sales.
  • Respond promptly to inquiries about pricing, order status, and customized product options.
  • Support outside Sales Representatives with account-specific tasks and customer needs.
  • Engage customers to drive reorders and additional business opportunities.
  • Meet deadlines, quotas, and proactive outreach goals.
  • Set up sales programs for recurring orders and seasonal or promotional needs.
  • Create and maintain special pricing agreements, including rebates and custom pricing structures.
  • Ensure accurate entry and tracking of customer-specific pricing programs.
  • Assist in managing designated key accounts, ensuring timely communication and seamless customer experience.
  • Collaborate with internal departments to resolve issues and guarantee on-time fulfillment.
  • Maintain detailed records, updated spreadsheets, and accurate customer data.
  • Support continuous improvement efforts for workflow, communication, and customer satisfaction.
