SUMMARY OF PRIMARY FUNCTION The primary responsibility of this position is to work closely with independent retailers, regional paint manufacturers/retailers and hardware cooperatives along with the associated Account Executive developing strategies and tactics that lead to increased sales growth of Fluid Management products. This role is an on-site role based at our wheeling, IL facility. ESSENTIAL RESPONSIBILITIES/TASKS Support Account Executives through the management of quotations, purchase order processing, and consistent follow up on open orders or shipment delays with customers Support Account Executives through the development of increased sales of FM products through hardware cooperatives, independent and regional paint manufacturers/retailers in the US and CA Perform outbound call activity to generate qualified leads and interest in Fluid Management products. Qualification of inbound phone and web inquiries for Fluid Management product recommendation. Contribute to accurate forecasts based on customer input, field intelligence, market trends and competitive assessment. Be a product knowledge expert on Fluid Management products, services and their applications. Keep management informed of customer complaints by identifying actual problem, resolving the complaint and determining countermeasure action necessary to prevent reoccurrence. Advise management of quality problems in the field and provide feedback from customers. Provide recommendations and participate in ongoing training as required to improve inside sales skills. Daily CRM / sales pipeline reporting participation Additional reporting as requested by management team Perform other duties as required. ACCOUNTABILITY Fully accountable for achieving monthly, quarterly and yearly sales targets
