About The Position

As an Inside Sales Representative , you will handle inbound and outbound customer interactions across Southwind’s family of home service brands. You’ll educate customers, recommend services, book jobs directly into the system, and ensure a seamless experience from first call to service completion. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, goal-driven environment and enjoys converting conversations into real results.

Requirements

• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to succeed in a high-volume call environment
• Excellent organization and time management
• Self-motivated with a team-first mindset
• Comfort using CRM systems and Microsoft Office tools
• Prior experience in inside sales, customer service, retail, hospitality, or call centers preferred
• Interest in home services (experience helpful but not required)

Responsibilities

• Answer inbound calls and manage outbound follow-ups with professionalism and urgency
• Actively listen to customer needs and recommend appropriate home service solutions
• Book services directly into scheduling systems with accuracy
• Provide clear pricing, service options, timelines, and expectations
• Confirm job details and ensure smooth handoff to Operations teams
• Maintain detailed and accurate customer records in CRM systems
• Follow up with customers to reinforce value and ensure satisfaction
• Resolve issues, troubleshoot concerns, and escalate when needed
• Consistently meet or exceed performance metrics, including: 50 inbound/outbound calls per day 3+ booked services/customers per day $1,000+ in daily booked revenue
