About The Position

The Inside Sales Advisor is responsible for following up on in-home consultations that did not result in a closed sale, assisting homeowners with completing their projects, and converting partial orders into finalized agreements. This role uses Hatch text campaigns, phone outreach, and consultative communication strategies to re-engage customers and close pending opportunities. The Inside Sales Advisor plays a critical role in driving revenue and ensuring an outstanding customer experience during the post-appointment phase.

Requirements

  • High School Diploma or equivalent. (Required)
  • 2+ years of inside sales, customer engagement, or consultative sales experience. (Preferred)
  • Understanding of Salesforce. (Preferred)
  • Familiarity with digital outreach platforms (experience with Hatch preferred)
  • Proficient in Microsoft Suite and other office software.
  • Organized and self-motivated with the ability to manage multiple follow-ups
  • Goal-oriented with a positive attitude and a team mindset
  • Strong attention to detail and customer service orientation

Responsibilities

  • Follow up on non-closed in-home sales appointments to complete the sales process
  • Contact homeowners with partial sales to finalize details and secure project completion
  • Conduct outreach via Hatch text campaigns, phone calls, and follow-up emails
  • Address homeowner concerns or objections with empathy and product knowledge
  • Accurately maintain CRM records, including status updates and communication logs
  • Collaborate with Sales, Retail Marketing, and Customer Service teams to ensure smooth handoffs and scheduling
  • Meet or exceed weekly and monthly sales conversion goals
  • Build rapport with homeowners and serve as a trusted advisor to support their decision-making
  • Maintain a high level of professionalism in all customer interactions
