Our awesome team of Inside Sales Account Managers are responsible for managing, enhancing, and growing Baudville’s customer base.. Individuals are responsible for generating house customer revenue by providing excellent customer service, uncovering customer needs, and proposing alternative/new product options. Come be a part of a fun, collaborative Inside Sales team environment! Essential Functions: Balance selling skills with a customer service orientation. Become an expert in one’s knowledge of the Baudville Brands product line while possessing the ability to translate that knowledge into accurate and meaningful product recommendations for our clients. Establish and maintain effective working relationships with team members while assimilating oneself into Baudville’s culture of recognition and excellence. Maintain a high level of professionalism in daily interactions with customers, co-workers, superiors, etc. Follow all policies and procedures to ensure accuracy and consistency. Demonstrate a strong customer focus and commitment to quality service. Create a need/value proposition for products and service offerings with client sites.
