About The Position

INSIDE SALES ACCOUNT MANAGER ABOUT THE OPPORTUNITY: Are you a driven self-starter who excels at relationship building and communication? This may be a great opportunity for you! Our awesome team of Inside Sales Account Managers are responsible for managing, enhancing, and growing Baudville’s customer base.. Individuals are responsible for generating house customer revenue by providing excellent customer service, uncovering customer needs, and proposing alternative/new product options. Come be a part of a fun, collaborative Inside Sales team environment! Essential Functions: Balance selling skills with a customer service orientation. Become an expert in one’s knowledge of the Baudville Brands product line while possessing the ability to translate that knowledge into accurate and meaningful product recommendations for our clients. Establish and maintain effective working relationships with team members while assimilating oneself into Baudville’s culture of recognition and excellence. Maintain a high level of professionalism in daily interactions with customers, co-workers, superiors, etc. Follow all policies and procedures to ensure accuracy and consistency. Demonstrate a strong customer focus and commitment to quality service. Create a need/value proposition for products and service offerings with client sites.

Requirements

  • Highly motivated professional with excellent communication skills
  • Capability to excel in a goal-oriented environment
  • Possess a relational and service-oriented approach to interactions with others.
  • Strong computer skills with a proficiency in Excel and Word; experience with CRM’s is a plus.
  • Ability and willingness to translate professional training/coaching into daily practices.
  • Team player who is willing to support others for the benefit of the organization.

  • Excellent listening & relationship-building skills
  • Ability to follow through and complete tasks on time and accurately

Nice To Haves

  • Prior customer service or business-to-business sales experience is desirable
  • Strong computer skills with a proficiency in Excel and Word; experience with CRM’s is a plus.

Responsibilities

  • Maintain weekly account/activity reports for business reporting.
  • Ability to meet and exceed all monitoring criteria and utilize feedback for further development.
