As an Inside Account Manager, you will develop relationships with customers to sell layered applications, grow revenue and optimize customer experience. You will generate interest, qualify prospects, present solutions, close sales and ensure that the monthly goals are met. Through consultative selling you will work with customers to identify their needs and present solutions. As part of the account team you will work closely with the outside account executive to help close more deals, manage the renewal cycle, prepare and conduct business reviews and work closely with implementation and support to ensure customer satisfaction and retention. You will manage the customer relationship through daily communications and follow ups. If you are passionate to help customers and want to make a difference this is a role for you.
