With general supervision of the Inside Sales Regional Manager, the Inside Sales Account Executive will creatively solicit and develop sales to sell Altair frames to an end-user doctor base within an assigned territory to exceed quota targets and meet established revenue goals. This role involves developing creative sales strategies to contact prospects, representing Altair in all sales-oriented activities, and working independently to achieve balanced product line results. The executive will develop account-specific sales plans, apply innovative solutions to customer business problems, and build a strong understanding of customer requirements to increase Altair’s board space. Key aspects include leveraging Altair’s offerings for cross-selling, lead-sharing, and integrated selling, fostering strong relationships with internal divisions, and collaborating with the extended customer team to deliver a responsive experience. The position also requires identifying and communicating future customer requirements and feedback, following up with doctors who have terminated their relationship with the Altair eyewear program, and consistently updating CRM tools for communication with management, divisions, and the extended sales team.
