Role responsibilities Provide customer service and process orders for customers at parts counter, Ecommerce and over the phone. Assist outside sales staff with quotes and orders. Assist in maintaining accuracy of inventory. Process core and new part returns. Maintain up to date company provided training on new processes and new products. Accurately fill customer orders as needed by retrieving requested material. Take part in maintaining appearance of location as needed, straightening, cleaning of display and counter area etc..

Requirements

2 years of sales experience in the medium/ heavy duty or automotive industry preferred but not required.
Basic computer skills with experience with Microsoft Office.
Ability to work independently with limited supervision.
Strong communication skills both in person and over the phone.
Be a strong team player.
