Your success is what's next with Custom Truck One Source. Summary Responsible for contacting vendors regarding parts and creating purchase orders within our system for several different departments. Also back up third party part sales.

Requirements

  • Ability to influence and build relationships at all levels.
  • Excellent interpersonal, strong computer, written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong analytical skills and business acumen.
  • Ability to create a positive, safe and healthy work environment.
  • Must be driven to exceed.
  • Previous mechanical experience in heavy equipment industry (Terex, Versalift, etc.) preferred.

  • Must be computer proficient and have knowledge of Microsoft Suite
  • Successful candidate will have strong organizational skills

  • Must possess strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to work successfully in a fast-paced, deadline driven environment (both independently and as a team player).

Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain positive vendor relationships.
  • Develop new ideas that will help improve company image, sales and operations.
  • Provide pricing, quotes, and credit terms to customers.
  • Collect, analyze and share market information regarding competitors, products, pricing, and trends.
  • Complete purchase orders within a work order for the repair shop.
  • Use Terex Replacement Parts system to order all sales.
  • Assist customers in determining what part they need based on the issue they are experiencing.
  • Any other assignments given by management.
