Requirements

Are highly detail-oriented and catch mistakes before they happen
Communicate clearly and follow through on every order
Are comfortable learning systems like Acumatica or HubSpot (we’ll train you!)
Enjoy helping people and solving small daily challenges

Nice To Haves

Have experience with parts, hoses, equipment, or mechanical systems(preferred but not required)

Responsibilities

Taking inbound calls, emails, and online requests for parts and supplies
Identifying the right hoses, fittings, and components for each customer’s need
Entering orders accurately and following up on quotes and shipments
Assisting walk-in customers (at certain locations) with professionalism and a smile
Coordinating with the warehouse to ensure timely deliveries and back-order updates
Supporting sales and service teams with product availability and pricing
