About The Position

Yard Truck Specialists is the nation’s premier dealership for spotter trucks and terminal tractors. Headquartered in Philadelphia with additional locations in Harrisburg and Pittsburgh, we sell, rent, service, and rebuild more jockey trucks than anyone, anywhere, because we are backed by the largest truck fleet, the biggest parts inventory, and the best sales and service partners working today. Period. We are expanding our team and seeking a full-time Inside Part Sales at our Bensalem, PA location. This position requires an outgoing personality and exceptional organizational skills. This is an onsite position at our shop in Bensalem, PA.

Requirements

2+ years’ experience in sales, preferably in a B2B environment.
Self-motivated with solid organization skills and attention to detail
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Effectively plan, organize and prioritize work
Handle multiple issues simultaneously and effectively
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Excellent phone etiquette and the ability to build rapport quickly.
Experience with Microsoft Office, CRM software, and other sales tools.

Responsibilities

Respond to customers’ calls and emails in a fast-paced environment to satisfy customers’ needs
Various administrative duties and day-to-day responsibilities for the parts sales department
Develop and maintain professional business relationships with established and prospective customers
Conduct appropriate follow-up as needed
Providing support to our Outside Sales Team and Service Department
Ability to connect with customers, co-workers, and vendors
Work independently without direct supervision in a fast-paced environment
Other duties as required
